We suggest ordering a quarter of beef for yourself or two adults. This option feeds the couples in our family for a whole year! We recommend having a small chest freezer or upright freezer (4 cubic ft.) to store this beef. You can look forward to roasts, steaks, ground beef and more!

The nonrefundable deposit is $200 and final cost will be based on the hanging weight. Hanging weight for a quarter varies from 212-260 lbs and our price is $3.60/lb hanging weight for a quarter. We have included processing costs in our total estimate for you, but processing costs are paid directly to the processor and vary from $1.14-$1.25/lb depending on processor. Your beef will be ready for pickup approximately 2 weeks after the appointment date. Our 2025 delivery locations and dates that you can select at checkout are Longmont, CO on June 10th, Lincoln, NE on June 17th, and Enid, OK July 1st. A $50 delivery fee will be added when you select one of these options at checkout.
